SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders from our London warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
You will be charged at the time the order is placed.
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with Royal Mail Standard Next Day Delivery on orders over £20, if the value is less, you will be charged £3. You will receive an email with confirmation once your order has been despatched.
We happily accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.
We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you personally track your packages. You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

You will receive an email notification from BIG METAL LONDON once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
For countries within the EU Shipping is £7
Countries outside of the EU shipping will be £10
All Domestic and International orders with value over £50 tracking number will be provided.
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
